Denise Bailey

Denise is a loving daughter who has been the primary caregiver for her parents for the past 10 years. She has seen first hand the changing and challenging levels of dementia. Denise brings a realistic, first hand account of the trials and some triumphs in dealing with this disorder. In between caregiving, Denise finds time to pursue a career.

Denise is a 30-year broadcast and cable veteran, beginning her career at ABC News in Washington D.C. During her 11-year tenure with the network, Ms Bailey worked in many capacities from the assignment
desk to field producer.

Denise later became the Coordinating Electronic News Gathering Manager for Atlanta Olympic Broadcasting during the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. And later, as the National Director of Production, Program Development and Acquisitions for a national cable network, Denise oversaw development of original programs.

With her own production company, Denise contracted for a wide variety of broadcast entities.

Denise has won EMMY, Telly and NABJ awards. She is a faithful member of her church.

Denise is a magna cum laude graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C.
